Dash is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer and is not affiliated with any investment adviser.
When you run a report, the server stores the ticker list, the generated page, and a job id. Until accounts exist, that store is not tied to a user account.
The site is hosted on Render. The ticker list, the generated page, and the job id are kept for up to 90 days; a deploy or restart can delete them sooner.
Your browser is given an HttpOnly cookie named dash_reports listing job ids that this browser started. The homepage, My reports, and the catalyst earnings list show only those ids. They do not show other people's reports.
A report URL still opens for anyone who has the link. The cookie is not a password and it does not lock the page.
There is no account, no payment, and no sale of personal data. We do not ask for a name or an email to run a report.
The host may log IP addresses and request paths the way any web server does, including to enforce the report rate limit. The rate limit keeps recent request times in memory and drops them when the process restarts.

Dash is research software, not an investment adviser, not a broker, and not a dealer. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Nothing here is an offer or a solicitation. You can lose money acting on a report. Past filings and past prices do not predict returns. Reports are built from SEC EDGAR filings, Yahoo Finance prices and estimates, and FRED economic series. Those providers can be wrong, late, revised, or missing. A cached figure can predate an earnings release. A peer set can be withheld when it is a poor fit. Fair value is an estimate, not a fact.
The site and the reports are provided as is and as available. Dash disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted access, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, Dash is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or other damages that come from using the site or relying on a report. Where a liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid to use Dash in the three months before the claim. That amount is zero while the site is free.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
This site is not directed at anyone under 18. Dash does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
When Yahoo Finance does not return a price, a report may use Financial Modeling Prep (FMP) for that price and the related figures. FMP can be wrong, late, revised, or missing, the same as the other sources above.
These terms are a draft. When they are final, Dash may update them by posting a new version on this page. The Last updated line at the top of the page is the version then in effect. Continuing to use the site after that date means the new version applies.
